We also hire seasonal positions to work with children and young adults in the Andover Youth Services programs and the year round programs sponsored by the Recreational Division of the Department of Community Services Department.

Information about the Hiring Process:

Town positions: Applicants for municipal positions will be screened by a preliminary screening committee. If selected for an interview, applicants should expect a group interview experience. Finalists for most positions can expect that they will be asked to participate in an assessment center which is designed to highlight skills essential to the successful implementation of job responsibilities.
